Hoop Shoot Thank You

Well my years as your State Hoop Director have come to and end.  We had a great run with this program and had allot of fun with the parents and kids. First I would like to thank all the PSP that had myself and Carol as your State Hoop Shoot  Director. We have allot of memories with all the people that have worked with us for all these successful years. My Regional Director's my best friend and a great guy B-13 he guided me those last few years,  Don Fassnacht who I have worked with as we were both State Directors at the same time and then Don was promoted to the Regional job when B-13 left us. All my past and present District Directors, you guys were all awesome. My friends and fellow Elks who rebounded, scored and were line judges, and the judges that help at the scores table the past few  years. I have way too many people to thank here and in fear of leaving  some one off the list I have to say thank you to everyone who and ANYTHING to do with Hoop Shoot at any time, thanks a million for your support. I do have to thank a few people that were key in the running of the Hoop Shoot, Dave and Chris Fisher that worked the Hoop Shoot for  all the years I have been involved, Bob Wellman and Barb for all the help in the UP. My good friends and the guy that asked me to be the State Hoop Shoot Director, Lynn and Brenda Cook, I don't know if the Hoop Shoot would happen without these two. My 2 floor judges Eric Mulholland and Chris Ferguson that keep me on the right track during the contest. And of coarse my good friend and buddy for all the years we were together Carol Middaugh, without you I could not have done this job at all. We had the contest this past weekend in Midland and let me tell you, your Hoop Shoot program is in good hands with Craig and Stella Gould, they did an awesome job and I hope all of you will still support them in the coming years. Good Luck Craig and Stella. In closing it  takes allot of people to run this program with allot of success and I  want to thank all Elks from the State of Michigan for all the support  for those years. All the Elks in Michigan should stand proud and tall for what you represent in Elkdom. I'm not totally done with Hoop Shoot as I will be working at the Regional contest with Don as a line judge till he fires me. Thanks again and continued success in the Elks of  Michigan.
